Working closely with HengTian, an AI and blockchain professional services provider with a high profile in China and International clients like Nike, Cisco, Honda & Toshiba to name a few, in order to facilitate the European launch of a new company identity (Horizon8), a jobs expansion announcement and a new interactive website.
Work with internal stakeholders in Ireland, the US and Europe, as well as IDA Ireland, media & brand management suppliers. Create an extensive invitation list including International clients, manage RSVPs, liaise with venue and service providers, and ensure seamless transition to HengTian to Horizon8 with the rest of the external team. Co-ordinate and manage on-site on the day of the event.
